Booking Conditions
For online bookings, your credit card number is required to process the deposit.

Deposits will be charged for all online bookings:
– Stays up to 4 nights: the amount of the 1st night at the time of booking
– Stays of 5 to 14 nights: 30% at the time of booking
– Stays of 15 nights or more: 30% at the time of booking + 30% 21 days before arrival
– 100% for all special offers
The rate charged for the stay will be the one indicated at the time of booking.
Prices may be modified by the establishment without prior notice. Both the hotel and the client agree to the rate confirmed during the booking process.
Any specific or promotional offer implemented by the establishment after the reservation of a stay will not be eligible for reimbursement or other benefits.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation:
- Stays up to 3 nights: up to 7 days before arrival
- Stays of 4 to 7 nights: up to 14 days before arrival
- Stays of 8 to 14 nights: up to 21 days before arrival
- Stays of 15 nights or more: up to 30 days before arrival
Once a stay has begun, it is fully payable.
We recommend contacting your insurer or bank, as your credit card may include cancellation coverage.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation service bookings.
